Network Measure Exceptions Report
Objective: Gain an understanding of how to run a Network Measure Exceptions report to identify any Components in the environment whose Network Measure is out of sync with Fair Valuations
To run the Network Measure Exceptions report, select ‘Valuations’ from the Navigation Sidebar to load the Valuations module, and then select 'NM Exceptions' from the Network Measure tab:
This will load the Network Measure Exceptions report:
This will display the full list of all Components whose Network Measure is out of sync with Fair Valuations. Once identified by the Network Measure Exceptions report, the Components can be handled on a case-by-case basis by navigating to them and resolving the cause of the exception, such as by performing an Adjustment transaction to reconcile. Adjustments can be performed on individual records in the Network Measure Exceptions report directly, by scrolling to the Actions column and clicking on 'Adjustment' at the end of the report.
Partial Disposals can be performed on a component if there has been a Network Measure reduction. Users can click on the 'Partial Disposal' button in the Actions column at the end of the report.
If there is no Network Measure reduction, then a pop-up message will appear when hovering the cursor over the 'Partial Disposal' button.
